Enhancing the User Experience at the Airport.
PenguinCube was part of Oman Aviations Group’s Change Management Office and supported the “Sahab” (meaning clouds) program with experience design know-how delivered through workshops, lectures and team activities.
The purpose of our team’s involvement was to support the development of creative thinking, teamwork, brainstorming, and how design-led thinking helps improve products and services.
