MyTown is a retail and leisure destination in the district of Cheras. Anchored by IKEA the mall has 7000 car parking spots, several department stores, cinemas and restaurants.
With access through Mass Rapid Transit (MRT/Metro), bus, car, motorbike, and pedestrian; and having parking floors below and above the main shopping areas;clearly navigating users throughout the development was essential.
Large amounts of information were possible thanks to a clear hierarchy.
